Sunapee Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes for February 1, 2012

DES notice of additional information required to Hogg Hill Design/Northcape Design Inc, regarding Robert and Joanne Borday, 14 Sunnyside Terrace, Sunapee, SCC no action required.

DES notice of permit acceptance on the application for the Town of Sunapee for the Sewer Line.  

DES notice of acceptance of permit application for Ryder Corner Road, Sunapee File 2011-03241, 124/11 & 224/14 & 15

Permit by notification for Stephen and Anne Sharp, 37 West Shore Rd, Sunapee rebuild existing dock and crib in kind no change. Signed by Rem on behalf of the SCC 1/19/12

Abutter letter from RCS design letter received for property on Route 11, Sunapee 114/6 lot 2. Dated 12/6/11 SCC no action required.

SCC received a copy of the ASLPT Ledge Pond easement report 10/9/11. The report states that removal of barb wire, trash, drums has taken place. ASLPT signs have been posted on the property.

Rem made the motion to accept January meeting minutes with the correction of a name on an application. The name of the applicant should be Anthony Perry. Motion seconded by Tim Fleury.

The Johnson project is moving forward with discussions of the next step, protection, easements, title search, survey, costs and the SCC involvement. Discussions will continue in the next couple meetings.

SCC is opposed to warrant article 18 – opposes a permanent easement across town forest as well as the lack of process this deal was acquired.
Warrant Article 19 for the 2012 proposes the Fieldstone Hills parcel be placed in Town Forest.
Warrant Article 13 – SCC $15,000 to be added to the Sunapee Conservation Commission Fund.
$6,900 is the change in use funds for 2011
The first hearing to accept the Ludwig property gift of 2.5 Acres was held, the second one is scheduled for 2/13/12. Signing will be on 2/24/12.
SCC will contact Barbara Chalmers regarding the Bartlett Tyler lot plans.
